    Shipping Policy:

    Shipping is included complimentary in all sales. 
    Masterpiece Finish - Takes about 9–12 months to complete.
    Fine Art Finish - takes about 2–3 months and will arrive first.

    If you ordered both finishes, we create them at the same time, but the Masterpiece Finish will arrive later in a separate shipment. Once each finish is ready, we’ll email you a tracking number—please make sure your shipping address is current.

    Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of our work being custom art, and are unable to resell the art due to the nature of it, all sales are final at the ordering appointment. Your sales consultant will go over your order to ensure you are satisfied before placing it.
